Stay away from people who make you feel like you are hard to love.

Boulders are going to be boulders!

You meet people day in and day out, be in real life or online. I assume one’s basic purpose of interacting with people is to broaden horizon, listen to new ideas, opinions and add new meanings to things. Basically be a more well rounded individual with an open mind.

Although I have started to notice that not all have that purpose when they are interacting. Some are like walking resumes, talking about their accomplishments, others are like a bank account statement to show off their status and yet some are there who are like walking wikipedias stating facts like one cant google information and some are probably just thrill seekers who get their fun out of troubling others! I used to be annoyed at them at one point of time but on retrospect i find it hilarious now to be even bothered by those people who dont share my perspective of social interaction.

I primarily believe every individual is different with different set of needs, and different set of gifts to offer. As much as i hate being forced to accept someone’s bookish definitions of things, and how things always have been and it should be like, I struggle to just passively listen to their adamant ramblings. My basic instinct of “live and let live” kicks in and i go hey wikipedia thats your opinion, I dont live my life like you do and hence my application to subject at hand is different! I believe a reasonable human being would understand that and this is where i struggle, I assume everyone can be reasonable. Perhaps not. Hard truth, accepted with a pinch of sea salt with italian herbs thrown in for that extra flavor.

That is seriously the cutest puppy I’ve ever seen.

“I no longer have patience for certain things, not because I’ve become arrogant, but simply because I reached a point in my life where I do not want to waste more time with what displeases me or hurts me. I have no patience for cynicism, excessive criticism and demands of any nature. I lost the will to please those who do not like me, to love those who do not love me and to smile at those who do not want to smile at me.

I no longer spend a single minute on those who lie or want to manipulate. I decided not to coexist anymore with pretense, hypocrisy, dishonesty and cheap praise. I do not tolerate selective erudition nor academic arrogance. I do not adjust either to popular gossiping. I hate conflict and comparisons. I believe in a world of opposites and that’s why I avoid people with rigid and inflexible personalities. In friendship I dislike the lack of loyalty and betrayal. I do not get along with those who do not know how to give a compliment or a word of encouragement. Exaggerations bore me and I have difficulty accepting those who do not like animals. And on top of everything I have no patience for anyone who does not deserve my patience.”

Fingers peeping out from winter sleeves,

curled up into a ball to trap some warmth,

will you be there to hold my hand,

when there is no sound dancing around?
